1、What are credits?
1.Credits are virtual goods and online commodities provided by Starii company, which can be used for accessing partial equity functions and services on the X-Design platform.
2.You can acquire credits through recharging and purchasing within the X-Design platform.
3.During usage, some functions and services require credits to be consumed.
2、How to obtain credits?
1.You can obtain credits by recharging with US dollars, where you can recharge a certain amount of credits at once.
2.Upon subscribing to X-Design Pro, you will receive a certain amount of credits as a gift, given monthly/yearly until the membership expires, after which the gifts will cease.
3、Validity period of credits?
1.Flexible Plan:Credits are valid for two years from the date they are issued.
2.Standard Plan & Pro Plan:
- a.Unused credits roll over each month as long as your subscription remains active.
- b.If your subscription expires, any unused credits will be suspended and will be reactivated when you resubscribe.
- c.Trial credits are only valid during the trial period. Any unused trial credits will expire once the trial ends. After upgrading to a full membership, a new set of credits will be issued according to the rules plan.

4、Scope of credits usage?
1.Credits obtained through recharging can be used to exchange for services supported by credit exchange rights on the X-Design platform.
2.Credits gifted upon membership activation can be used to exchange for services supported by credit exchange rights on the X-Design platform.
5、Is there support for refunds after recharging credits?
Credits are virtual goods and online commodities, utilizing a pre-recharge and then exchange service model. Therefore, please understand and agree that once the credit recharge is successful, it is deemed that you accept the product. Even if you do not exchange or use the related rights, under normal circumstances, credits will not be refunded or exchanged.
6、What if credits are not credited after recharging? There could be several reasons if credits are not credited after purchase:
1.Network delay: Please wait a moment, and you should see your credits balance and be able to use the related functions.
2.Try refreshing the page to check if the credits balance has been credited.
3.Log out of your account and then log back in to see if the credits are available for use.
If the issue persists, please contact us. Once we confirm the problem, we will reissue the corresponding amount of credits in the system for you.
7、Can credits be refunded after successfully exchanging for benefits if the generated results are unsatisfactory?
We apologize, but once the results are generated, credits cannot be refunded.
8、What if the benefits are not fully generated after successfully exchanging for them?
If there are issues during the process of generating images after a successful exchange/payment, we will automatically refund the benefits to your account. You can then choose to regenerate the image effects.
9、Order of credits consumption?
Credits are consumed based on their expiration date, with those about to expire being consumed first.
