X-Design Credit FAQ
1. What are credits?
Credits are virtual tokens provided by X-Design that grant access to premium AI features on the platform, such as AI Background Generator, AI Logo Maker, AI Model Generator, AI Extender, and other advanced AI creation tools.
2. Who can use credits?
1. Credits are for members only. Members can always purchase additional credits when needed.
2. Free users can try each feature with limited free trials that do not consume credits. To continue using these features after the trial ends, users can sign up for membership to receive credits.
3. Credit Usage
1. Tools such as AI Background Generator, AI Logo Maker, Image Recolor, and AI Image Extender consume 1 credit per image generated.
2. Tools such as AI Model, Footwear Model, and AI Video Tools consume 2 credits per image or video generated.
3. The number of images or videos generated per use may vary by tool.

4. What is the validity period of credits?

5. How do I monitor my remaining credits?
1. If you have remaining credits or an active membership, your credits will be displayed next to your profile picture.
2. To view the full usage details, go to “Profile picture” - “Credit” or“Credit” - “Usage Details” at the top of the homepage.
6. Is there support for refunds after recharging credits?
Credits are virtual products that are purchased in advance to exchange for services later. Once the credit recharge is successful, it is considered that you have accepted the product. Therefore, credits cannot be refunded or exchanged under normal circumstances, even if they are unused.
7. What if credits are not credited after recharging? There could be several reasons if credits are not credited after purchase:
1. If it’s network delay, please wait a moment, and your credits should appear and be ready to use.
2. Try refreshing the page to check if your credit balance will be updated.
3. Log out of your account and then log back in to see if the credits are available.

If the issue persists, please contact us. Once the problem is confirmed, we will reissue the corresponding amount of credits to your account.
8. Can credits be refunded after successfully exchanging for benefits if the generated results are unsatisfactory?
We apologize, but once the results are generated, credits cannot be refunded. For further assistance, please contact our support team.
9. What should I do if the images are not fully generated after a successful exchange?
If there are issues during the generation of images after a successful exchange or payment, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account. You can then attempt to regenerate the image effects
10. What is the order of credits being consumed?
Credits are consumed based on their expiration date, with those closest to expire being consumed first.
