1. Why was Vmake migrated to X-Design? Can I still access Vmake's website?
Vmake’s services have migrated to X-Design as of December 15, 2024. This migration is part of our commitment to creating a more feature-rich and comprehensive online design platform. While all services have transitioned to X-Design, the Vmake website will remain available with other offerings. We recommend bookmarking the new URL for easy access in the future.
2. Can I still use my vmake credits after the migration to X-Design?
- Yes! All credits from your Vmake account will be transferred to X-Design and can be used seamlessly, following the same rules as on Vmake. Additionally, we will gift you with extra credits as a thank-you for your ongoing support. Both your transferred and bonus credits will remain valid indefinitely.
- The number of credits gifted depends on your Vmake credit balance. For credits details, please click the
[Credit] icon in the top-right corner of X-Design and select [Credit Details]. You may see two records for
the credit gift due to a minor sync issue during migration, but this won't affect the credits being issued.
3. How do I transfer my Vmake account to X-Design? Do I need to register again?
- No registration is required. Your Vmake account is automatically linked to X-Design. Simply log in using the email address associated with your Vmake account to view your credit balance. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately.
- We take your account security and data privacy very seriously. We will implement strict data encryption measures to ensure the safety of your account and data.
4. What will happen to my Vmake subscription plan and credits?
- After the migration, Your Vmake subscription will remain active with no changes to benefits, pricing, or billing cycles. The credit reward system will also stay the same, and the credits will remain valid indefinitely.
- As part of the migration, Vmake subscribers will automatically receive an X-Design membership for the same subscription period at no extra cost. This includes unlimited access to advanced features such as AI Erase, Enhancer, and AI Remover, empowering you to unlock new creative possibilities with X-Design.
- Important Note: If you're on the $4.99/month or $3.99/month Vmake subscription plan,
you'll receive one extra month of X-Design membership (valid until January 20th). To continue enjoying
membership benefits after that, please upgrade to an X-Design plan. For more information, visit the
subscription page.
5. Can I find my records from Vmake?
- AI Fashion Model Users & Recolor Users: Your account, historical data, and all assets will be fully transferred. No action is needed on your part.
- Image Enhancer, Watermark Remover, Uncrop, & Background Remover Users: While the services will continue on the new domain, your historical usage and assets will not be transferred.

6. Can I still purchase vmake subscriptions or credits?
- After the migration, the original Vmake purchase options will no longer be available, but your current subscription plan will remain active.
- You can choose to upgrade to an X-Design subscription or purchase credits at discounted rates. Visit the subscription page for more details.
- When you upgrade to an X-Design membership, your previous subscription will be automatically canceled, ensuring no duplicate charges. All future charges and benefits will follow your new X-Design plan, so you don’t need to worry about overlapping memberships or double billing.
7. Can I cancel my Vmake membership?
Please note that once you cancel your Vmake membership, you will not be able to repurchase the original plan. However, you can upgrade to an X-Design membership to maintain your benefits. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Open X-Design and log in.
- Click on your account icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select [Renew] to go to the subscription page.
- At the bottom-right corner, click [Renewal Management].
- Select your subscription option and click [Unsubscribe].
